The Slide2Open Shipping Finance Conference took place in Athens on Wednesday 2 & Thursday 3 March 2022 and was also live streamed via its 3D Virtual Venue, approximately attracting over 10.000 attendees from 80 countries.

ZELUS was invited in “The Seaports of the Future” session, which took place on the second day of the conference to present the research projects it’s contributing to, as part of the EU’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation program. The session was organized by the DataPorts project in association with OTE Group of Companies in order to demonstrate EU initiatives towards the seaports/ shipping and Maritime transformation from a research point of view.

In this context, ZELUS Delivery Manager Dora Kallipolitou presented our company’s achievements in two ambitious projects funded by the EU’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program:

• • CYRENE project, an initiative striving to improve the certifying processes and tools of the Security and Resilience of Supply Chain Services.
    MARVEL project, an initiative striving to capitalize on multimodal extreme scale data analytics utilizing a distributed and secure Edge-tp-Fog-to-Cloud ubiquitous computing framework.
