Zelus will be participating at the 26th i-ESA conference, representing 3D-CIRCULAR, and discussing the European worforce needs for enabling a Deep Tech and Digital Circular Economy. The Interoperability for Enterprise Systems and Applications conference series is the premier international forum for advancing Enterprise Interoperability (EI): the capacity of organizations and systems to seamlessly collaborate, exchange information, and operate across technological, organizational, and geographic boundaries. Interoperability is foundational for circularity. It enables efficient resource loops and sustainable consumption through system-wide compatibility. 

Zelus will be sharing ours and our 3D-CIRCULAR consortium’s views and ambitions in the context of two workshops:

1. “Skills and Education in the Digital Age: Harnessing Data and AI for People” will take place on Tuesday, 14 of April. It will bring together complementary European initiatives that address these challenges from different but interconnected perspectives, demonstrating how data infrastructures, innovation ecosystems, and AI-enabled learning can strengthen skills development across sectors and generations. 3D-CIRCULAR is among these initiatives, developing educational programs for diverse audiences with varying needs. 
2. “Circular Economy ecosystems Redesigning Skills (CERES): Valorizing innovating ideas – winning proposals from CERES Hackathons” will take place on Wednesday, 15 of April. It will showcase the results of a series of international hackathons across several European countries. The discussion will focus on ways to improve collaborative development of innovative solutions in order to address challenges related to the Circular Economy and sustainable industrial transformation. The session will be a hybrid one, so participants can also join remotely.
