The ASME Dataset

The ASME Research Dataset

The  ASME (Artificial intelligence Supporting CAncer Patients across Europe) project, carried out by ZELUS and Stockholm University, has secured access to the dataset on which its research will be conducted.  The dataset will be a subset of the KUH Adverse Drug Effects dataset focusing on melanoma patients; it includes 5881patients, 3367 diagnosis codes, 877 laboratory codes, 316 NPU codes, 192 medication codes, 592 procedure codes.  This dataset is a valuable research resource that will be used for producing AI-based results for melanoma patients.  It will be the basis of further ASME AI work using both new algorithms (to be developed by SU) and the ASCAPE Open AI Infrastructure (to be utilized by ZELUS).

ASME (Artificial intelligence Supporting CAncer Patients across Europe), is a sub-project of the Horizon 2020 project ASCAPE (Artificial intelligence Supporting CAncer Patients across Europe), funded by the European Commission.
