ASME at Porto
The Medical AI PhD consortium took place in Porto, Portugal in September. The consortium included four research groups from European universities, i.e., Stockholm University (Sweden), University of Porto (Portugal), Brunel University (UK), and the University of Magdeburg (Germany). Two participants from SU’s ASME team, Franco Rugolon and the co-PI, Maria Bampa, had the chance to present some preliminary results of the project as well as receive feedback from the participants regarding the future of this project.
ASME (Artificial intelligence Supporting CAncer Patients across Europe), is a sub-project of the Horizon 2020 project ASCAPE (Artificial intelligence Supporting CAncer Patients across Europe). ASCAPE has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 875351.
